For us that have chosen to have a life purpose and mission of working with healing and awakening others (in one way or another), we have chosen to have a fully open empathic center (our solar plexus). We are highly sensitive and are usually carrying contracts to heal not only ourselves but also many other linages thru choosing a very traumatic upbringing and challenging life experiences.

Being a compassionate and empathic being that also came here to operate on the highest frequency of love means that we do not like conflicts and negative energies. Arguments and disagreements will be huge challenges for us in this human experience on earth.

I promise you! Your deeply empathic senses are GIFTS! They truly are. We just need to understand the energy signature of our empathic being and how that comes with huge responsibilities and self-mastery of grounding, clearing, healing our wounds, and learning how to set clear boundaries.

My own personal journey to understand my empathic nature has been painful in its lessons, and I wish someone could have told me all that I know now.

The Workshop is between 75 – 90 mins.

We will do a meditation at the end of the workshop for you to return to when needed.
