PA – Personal Assistant to Company Owner

Spain – Malaga – Marbella Area

We are looking for a flexible personal assistant for 75% who is used to taking their own initiative, has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves to juggle different responsibilities at once. You will be one of the owners’ personal assistants and will assist in daily activities and chores – from business to private chores. The company is active in the field of personal development, education, marketing and photography.  We are looking for a flexible person who wants to learn, grow and expand as a person with us. Someone who proactively gives us new ideas and input in his/her role.

Bonus: If you have experience as event management, photographer assistant, makeup artist, or have work with social media it’s a big plus. Please mention other experiences that you may have.

Type of work depending of our experience as:
Delivering packages or daily tasks that should be done as shopping, preparing food, cleaning, laundry and other chores.
Assisting at an event or retreat.
Hosting the technical parts of Zoom meetings,
Assisting at photoshoots – contact with the models, setting up the gear, doing makeup/hair and cleaning up afterward.
Social media work or similar work.

You need a driver’s license, and it’s a big plus if you have your own car.

We believe you are already spiritual-interested and have a conscious mind. Probably, you’ve done some work on yourself so you have a good understanding of our field.

You live in Malaga, Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella, or somewhere close to us. You speak both Spanish and English. Are well familiar with the routines in Spain.

This is 75% part-time work, mainly Monday-Friday daytime. But some of it can be at evenings and weekends.
